The missions
Pickup of race numbers
Greet participants upon arrival, check their registration, and give them their race bibs.
Safety
Provides direction, ensures participant safety, and encourages athletes to push themselves to the finish line!
Refueling
Distributes drinks and food to give athletes a boost of energy.
The arrival
Congratulates participants at the finish line by presenting them with their medals and sharing this memorable moment of their race with them.
Departures
Share in the excitement of departure by accompanying participants to the departure gates.
The awards ceremony
Participate in the organization and smooth running of award ceremonies.
The bar
Provides service at the bar by preparing and serving drinks and snacks.
The information booth
Welcomes the public at the information booth, provides useful information, and helps visitors find their way around the event site.
Personal belongings
Take care of participants' personal belongings and ensure they are returned after the race.
Bicycle parking
Look after participants' bicycles by managing the bicycle parking area and ensuring a secure and organized space.
Logistics
Assistance with setting up infrastructure, transporting equipment, and implementing branding to create a functional and welcoming event site.
The parking lot
Guides participants and visitors upon arrival by managing vehicle traffic and ensuring smooth parking.
